We keep this short and in plain English. Sunrise Hauling Co. ("Sunrise Hauling," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. We only ask for the information we need to quote your job, show up at the right address, and get paid. We do not sell your personal information.

Sunrise Hauling Co. is a junk removal and dump-trailer rental company based in the Tampa Bay area of Florida. We serve Hillsborough, Pinellas and Pasco counties, including Tampa, Brandon, Riverview, Plant City, Apollo Beach, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Palm Harbor, Dunedin, Wesley Chapel, Land O' Lakes, Odessa and Dade City.

This policy covers our website and the ways we communicate with customers about quotes, jobs and rentals.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
You share information with us when you call, text, email, or fill out a form on this site. That usually includes:
- Your name
- Your phone number, including your mobile number
- Your email address
- The service address where the work will happen
- Job details — what you need removed, access notes, gate codes, preferred dates and times
- Photos you send us of the items you want removed, so we can quote the load
Please do not send us information we do not need. We never ask for your Social Security number, and we do not need your bank login or full card number by text or email.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours records some technical information on its own:
- Your IP address
- Your browser type and device type
- The pages you viewed and roughly how long you stayed
- The site or ad that referred you to us
This comes from standard server logs and, where they are enabled, analytics cookies. It is used in aggregate to understand what people look for, not to identify you personally.
3. How we use your information
We use what you give us to run the job and run the business. Specifically:
- To price your load and give you a quote before any work starts
- To schedule your pickup, delivery or trailer drop-off
- To contact you about your quote or your job — confirmations, arrival windows, delays, and follow-ups
- To take payment and keep a record of the transaction
- To improve this website and understand which pages and ads actually help people
- To send you service updates, such as a reminder that your 3-day rental is ending
Junk removal is priced by how much space your load takes in the truck, so the photos and details you send are used to build your quote. We give you that price up front, before we start.
4. Text messaging and SMS
This section matters, so we are spelling it out clearly.
- When you give us your mobile number — by calling, texting, or submitting a form on this site — you agree that we may call and text you about your quote, your job, or your rental.
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
- Message frequency varies. It depends on your job and how much back-and-forth it takes.
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out of texts. Reply HELP for help, or call us at (656) 216-9704.
- Opting out of text messages does not stop us from calling you about a job that is already scheduled. If we are on the way and something changes, we still need to reach you.
- We never share or sell mobile opt-in data or SMS consent to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Your consent to receive texts from Sunrise Hauling Co. stays with Sunrise Hauling Co.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. If you want to stop receiving texts but still want service, tell us and we will call or email you instead.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share only what is needed to do the work, and only with the kinds of companies listed below:
- Our CRM and scheduling provider — the software we use to store leads, book jobs, and send confirmations.
- Our payment processor — to charge your card or process your payment. Card details are handled by the processor, not stored by us.
- Analytics providers — to measure website traffic in aggregate.
These providers are only allowed to use your information to provide services to us. We may also disclose information where the law requires it — for example, in response to a valid subpoena or court order, or to protect the safety of our crew, our customers, or the public.
6. Cookies and analytics
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. We may use them to remember basic preferences and, where analytics is enabled, to count visits and see which pages people use. We may also use advertising tools that measure whether a click on one of our ads led to a call or a form submission.

Whether or not a particular law applies to us, we will honor reasonable access and deletion requests from Florida residents the same way we honor them from anyone else.

9. Children's privacy
This site and our services are meant for adults arranging hauling work. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Links to other sites
Our site may link to other websites, such as our Instagram page at @sunrisehaulingco, a mapping service, or a payment page. Once you leave our site, this policy no longer applies. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. Read their policies before sharing information with them.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the business changes or as the tools we use change. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top. If a change is significant, we will make it obvious. Continuing to use the site or our services after an update means you accept the current version.
