One important note: this is light demolition. We take down sheds, fences, decks, pergolas, playsets and similar backyard structures — we do not do structural demolition of a building or any part of one. Not sure which yours is? Call and describe it and we'll tell you straight.

You get the number first — nothing comes down until you've agreed to it.
Volume-based, with no hidden fees
Demo debris is priced the same way as everything else we haul: by how much space the load takes up in the truck, quoted up front before any work starts. The tear-down labour is included in that number, so you're not billed separately for taking the structure apart.
We handle concrete, footings and other heavy material within reason. Because weight matters at the transfer station, a heavy load can affect the price — if that's the case we'll tell you on site and confirm the number with you before we start, never afterwards.
Mid-remodel and generating debris for days? A flat-rate dump-trailer rental may be the better fit — 10, 15 and 20-yard trailers from $325, each for 3 days, dropped in your driveway.
